Rudder Complete!

The counter weight was installed, and the rudder is complete. Of course there are a couple of fairings that still need to be installed, that comes in a later chapter. “Section 7: Rudder” of the plans is officially complete.

It required digging into a bag to find two particular screws from a bag full of similar screws. Needed the AN509-8R12, not to be confused with the AN509-8R11s, which happen to be in the same bag.

Then it was a matter of creasing the skins over the counter weight, a bunch of drilling, deburring and dimpling. A couple of nut plates to install and then done.
