Posted by Cleco’d in all the leading edge ribs with the J-stiffener inserted. Match drilled the J-stiffener and final size drilled the ribs. The ribs were orange tagged (meaning not final sized) but the skins were final sized… the rib holes seemed to be big enough but because there is considerable fluting required, decided to go all-in with the match drilling. Pro-tip: definitely easiest to cleco the nose tip portions in first.
