Well, over 2 hours positioning and drilling the four J-channels that use the left wing spar as a template.
Then it was time to countersink all the #40 nutplate holes on the spar flanges for an AD3 rivet (and some other holes lined up with them). The remaining #40 holes were also countersunk, but a little bit deeper, as they will take a dimpled skin rather than just a rivet.
Believe it or not, the nutplate screw holes also have to be countersunk, but that will be saved for the next session.
