Posted by The horizontal stabilizer is essentially complete! The metalwork at least, i.e. Chapter 8 in the plans. The fairings still need to be done, but that’s a future chapter. And even the metalwork is “essentially” complete, not fully, because there are half a dozen difficult to reach rivets to get to and 4-5 that need drilling out and replacement. But I likely will not have another log entry for that.
The final step here was just riveting the rear spar to the ribs and then to the skins.
