Started work on the horizontal stabilizer skins. Removed the inside vinyl, and on the outside along the rivet lines. Then deburred the rough edges starting with a file, then a couple of grits of sandpaper, then finally with maroon scotch-brite.
Assembled the skins and internal structure into the cradles just to see what this part was going to look like. Doing so really was not necessary, as I am able to short-circuit the final size drilling as the skins and substructure #40 holes are all final sized.
Clecoed the stiffeners and match drilled the shear web. Then started disassembly and deburring of the holes. The #40 holes on the stiffeners were also countersunk per plans.
