There were an additional 6 (outboard) horizontal stabilizer ribs that needed to be edge-deburred. These ones lended themselves well to the scotch-brite wheel on the bench grinder, and the custom scotch-brite cone tips I used on the Dremel for the nooks and crannies.
Also fitted the ribs to the front spar. No final drilling is required, but a few holes had to be matched drilled on a small number of inboard ribs.
