First split the F-1055 rudder stop skin stiffener pieces from a larger stamped piece and clecoed that in place. Then fabricated a rudder stop bracket (F-1056) from angle aluminum and match drilled that to the small rear bulkhead and the F-1055 rudder stop skin stiffeners.

Then it came time to cleco the “Big Bulkhead” pieces to the front of the tailcone skins. This will become the back portion of the baggage compartment just aft of the rear seats.
A couple of nut-plate drilled angle pieces had to be prepared, countersunk, clecoed, and match drilled with the bellcrank ribs.

Then it came time for fitting the longerons for real. They fit perfectly, aligned with the side skins, with the bends perfect. Some minor filing of the bulkhead flanges had to be done to remove some slight interference with the longerons.
Then came the fabrication of a spacer piece from a thick strip of aluminum to go on the F-1010 rear bulkhead, and then clamping the longerons in place with the side skins and the F-1014 “aft deck” piece. This is all to prepare the longerons for the initial 3/32″ match drilling with the skins.
